Penrose advises Over Morgen on sale to Arcadis

On 21 January 2020, Over Morgen announced that it is joining forces with Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD). Over Morgen is a Dutch consultancy company that is active in the realm of area development and sustainability. It employs 80 people. Arcadis and Over Morgen will combine their complementary capabilities to assist clients in creating sustainable environments.
Under the supervision of Lukas Witsenburg, the attorneys of Penrose in Amsterdam have advised the shareholders of Over Morgen on the sale of the company to Arcadis.
