We will be updating this page as much as possible. For now, we have included templates of a Dutch law:

• Non-Disclosue Agreement (NDA);
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA);
• Employment Contract (indefinite term);
• Settlement Agreement, i.e. for the termination of an employment contract; and
• standard Board Resolution for a Dutch company (BV).
