HS Steel acquires Marron

HS Steel has acquired a 70% interest in Marron Jachtbouw, a renowned international specialist in high-end woodwork and deck finishing for super yachts. HS Steel Investment Partners is an investment firm that is expanding its portfolio with a focus on acquiring full or majority interests in companies in the Netherlands with a turnover of EUR 3 million or more.

Amsterdam based law firm Penrose has advised HS Steel regarding the Dutch legal aspects of this acquisition. Lukas Witsenburg was the lead corporate attorney.
