He advises and represents employers, directors and employees in a wide range of employment law matters, from reorganisations and employee participation to complex dismissal cases and non-compete clauses.<\/p>\n<p>Sander is a regular contributor to Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht (RAR), a journal on employment law case law, and an author of Sdu Commentary on Employment Law \u2013 Thematic Edition, covering the topics of \u2018Dismissal\u2019, \u2018Illness\u2019 and \u2018Appointment\u2019. His expertise enables him to combine rigorous legal analysis with clear, practical advice. Sander is tough on the substance and considerate in his relationships.
