Fairfood is an organisation that is committed to work towards a sustainable food system<\/a> by making the food chain transparent and traceable. Fairfood does so by developing innovative solutions that enable businesses to improve their responsible business practices. One of these innovative solutions is Trace, a blockchain build platform through which companies can trace their products right down to the very first link in the chain: the farmer. From a blockchain wallet, transactions can be made with other Trace users, creating a decentralised logbook that forms the basis of the product story. <\/em>That transparent product story may subsequently be shared with the last link in the chain: the consumer.<\/p>\n
