Through 19 specialised companies, the Human Network<\/a> offers secondment services for various disciplines such as IT, process improvement, HSE, HR and learning & development. THN employs approximately 500 people. Andarr<\/a> is an IT secondment organisation specialised in IT migrations and transitions of complex IT infrastructures. Andarr employs approximately 60 people, and their turnover is approximately € 8 million. Both organisations consider this acquisition a win-win: with respect to THN, this is a solid addition to the IT services it offers. For Andarr, this is an opportunity to further expand its specialism within a large and robust organisation.
