Cloudnation is an independent IT consultancy specialist in the Netherlands that focuses on cloud transformation. The company is an AWS Advanced Partner and Microsoft Gold Partner. Cloudnation advises about advanced cloud solutions on the basis of AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle Cloud.

On 3 March 2021, Cloudnation and Uniserver announced that they are joining forces. Uniserver Group is an innovative Netherlands based ICT company that offers advanced infrastructure solutions. Its partner-only model is unique in the Netherlands. The group employs over 200 professionals who provide services to thousands of customers.

Penrose has provided legal assistance to the co-founder and majority shareholder of Cloudnation with this corporate sales transaction. The Penrose team in Amsterdam was led by company attorney Hans Klaver.
